Our AI models are powerful tools. Like all powerful tools, they should be wielded with care, intention, and a healthy respect for the consequences. ShatGPT can analyze your data -- but it's up to you to ensure that data was ethically sourced and appropriately handled. AI is a tool, not a toilet. Don't dump just anything in there.

Garbage in, garbage out isn't just a cliche -- it's a warning. We encourage all users to audit their data sources, ensure consent was obtained, remove PII before processing, and regularly review their dumps for compliance. Just because you CAN process it doesn't mean you SHOULD. We provide tools for data sanitization. Use them.

We believe in radical transparency. Our AI models publish their training methodologies. Our pipeline algorithms are documented. Our pricing has no hidden fees. When things go wrong -- and they occasionally do -- we publish full post-mortems within 72 hours. We'd rather be embarrassingly honest than comfortably opaque.

Data centers consume energy. AI training requires compute. We offset 150% of our carbon emissions through verified carbon credits and direct investment in renewable energy. Our servers run on 100% renewable power. We publish our environmental impact report annually. Our products may be brown, but our practices are green.

Every Seat Should Be Comfortable
turd.ai is committed to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance across all products. Our Brown Eye View dashboards support screen readers, keyboard navigation, and high-contrast modes. We conduct quarterly accessibility audits and maintain a dedicated accessibility team. If you find a barrier, report it at access@turd.ai and we'll prioritize the fix.

Our community spaces are inclusive, respectful, and welcoming. We have zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, or abuse. Our community moderators (the Janitors) enforce our Code of Conduct fairly and consistently. We believe the best communities are the ones where everyone feels safe to contribute -- even the crappy ideas.
Security First
Lock the Stall Door
We participate in bug bounty programs, conduct annual third-party penetration testing, and maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. We encrypt everything -- at rest, in transit, and in processing. We never store passwords in plain text (obviously). Our security team operates 24/7 and responds to critical vulnerabilities within 4 hours.
